At AstroVetro, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and services. However, as an energy-based business, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
 

Refunds:

Currently, we do not offer refunds or returns on our products or services. We encourage you to be absolutely sure about your purchase before proceeding.

Returns:

The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your item is damaged during transit. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Damaged Item During Transit:

If you receive a damaged product due to transit issues, we have two options for resolution:

Manual Refund: We will issue a refund to your source account via UPI ID.

Replacement: We will send a replacement item with the next batch of orders.

To Avail Refund or Replacement:

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Video Proof: Have a video recording of yourself opening the package. Ensure the damaged product is clearly visible in the video.

Close-Up of Damage: Provide a close-up view of the damaged product in your video.

Proof of Damage during Transit Requirement:

Please note that we require proof of damage during transit as a mandatory step to initiate a refund or replacement. This policy is in place to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunication.
